MTST’s founder Omar Izquierdo has developed a business plan that is designed to support our clients’ needs using the latest technologies that I.T. has to offer. Combining his  customer service & technical skills from over 10 years of experience gives MTST an advantage over other I.T. firms. The majority of I.T. firms starts from a technical standpoint and fail to focus on the human factor of Small to Medium business (SMB). Our technicians are trained to focus on customer satisfaction rather than just fixing the problem and walking out the door.

2007 will be an exciting year for MTST. Our business is growing while I.T. is moving at the speed of light. MTST is constantly striving to be on the forefront of Information Technology with the focus on how to better support out SMB clients. There are several new technologies on the horizon being developed that will make handling business I.T. needs easier, more cost effective and more seamless for SMB than ever before.
